Description
In line with domestic and international standards, KJA-9870 series fully automatic Kjeldahl Azotometer is an analysis system used for determining nitride in endpoint according to automatic distillation ——color method which is based on classic kjeldah method.
This series has three products KJA-9870, KJA-9870A and KJA-9870B, which can be selected by different users to meet the needs of different fields such as basic analysis application, technology research and development, and can also be the alternatives of imported products.

1.Operating system: 7.5-inch color touch screen with man-machine dialogue mode easy to operate, easy to learn.
Titration sensor:choose R, G, B three color sensors, with wide range of color adaptation, high precision and quick response Titration curve:the titration curves of R, G and B can timely observe the changes of samples in the titration process, providing help for the analysis process.
2. Titration pump:the titration system – “plunger titration pump” – is composed of German linear motor and injection needle, which has high control precision and good stability.

4. Protein coefficient query:this instrument contains the protein coefficient query table for users to consult, inquire and participate in the system calculation, which is convenient for users to use.
5.Analysis data storage, query, printing:data storage amounts to 140,000 pieces of sample data for users to check, and the printer is 57mm automatic paper-cutting thermal printer.
6.Modular structure:the patented technology-“modular structure” design- makes the internal layout more reasonable; the simple pipeline distribution greatly reduces the fault caused by pipeline. Easy to maintain and preserve.
7.Refrigerating circulator interface: “refrigerating System” does not need to be operated to open or close. When the azotometer is heated, the “refrigerating system” is automatically turned on to reduce the temperature of it. When the it is not working, the “refrigerating system” automatically shuts down.
8.Ammonia separator (anti-splash bottle): selects the sodium glass material which is resistant to strong alkali corrosion, thoroughly solve the problem of ammonia separator corroding caused by long time soaking in strong alkali
9.Leakage protection system: prevent personal injury caused by electric leakage and electric shock caused by various reasons. Digestive tract absence protection: the system will not add reagents and heat when digestive tract is not yet placed, preventing reagents, steam from hurting people
10.Safety door protection: the system will not work before the door is closed, and the 5mm-thick transparent safety door ensures personal safety
11.Steam system water-shortage protection: when the steam system is short of water, the system will automatically stop, alarm, to prevent accidents.
12.Steam pot over-temperature protection: if the distillation system fails and the temperature in the steam pot is too high, the system will automatically stop and alarm.
13.Safe alkali-adding mode: this mode can reduce the strong neutralization reaction during the alkali adding process and prevent the occurrence of tube bursting.
14.Automatic calibration of titration concentration instrument: it eliminates the systematic error of the difference between man and instrument, with high precision and convenience.
15.Titration while distillation: the mode of simultaneous distillation and titration is to enter the titration process when the volume of sample distillation separation is about 1/3. At this time, the distillation and titration are performed simultaneously, and the distillation will end when the titration reaches the end point.
16.Automatic discharge of digestive waste liquid: a large amount of waste liquid will remain in the digestive tube after distillation.The automatic “waste discharge system” can reduce the labor intensity of workers.
17.Steam flow regulation: adjusts the steam flow from 70% to 100% to apply different concentrations of samples.
18.Automatic cleaning of the alkali pipeline: the system automatically cleans the alkali pipeline every time after it is shut down, preventing the alkali pipeline from being blocked after long time shutdown.
19.Steam over-pressure protection: the pressure measuring alarm system composed of pressure transmitter and CPU, when the system pressure is too high, the system will alarm and stop to prevent accidents.
20.Sample over-temperature alarm: in order to prevent the increase of sample temperature caused by too little cooling water flow and thus affecting the analysis data, the system will alarm when it is over-temped and displays the real-time temperature of the sample.
21.Cooling water flow monitoring: the monitoring system will alarm and stop when the cooling water flow is too small or too large.
22.Refrigerating circulation system: the fully automatic kjeldahl azotometer doesn’t need tap water, and its refrigerating circulation system, which is energy saving, environmentally friendly and has high recovery efficiency of samples, is controlled by its main machine.
23.Operating system of KJA-9870B:its development and design is based on WINDOS10, and the operation page is the same as the main engine’s, hence is convenient and easy to learn.
